BED BUG PARANOIA IT IS 2AM AND I CANNOT SLEEP, PLEASE ANSWER?!!?

Ok so I am convinced I have bed bugs cos I saw some in my trousers this night, changed them and this morning I had bites all over my legs. I cannot sleep in my bed, my dad just checked my mattress, trousers etc. And said there was nothing there and that I should grow up but I am certain I have seen them. It is 2am right now and I keep flinching and opening my eyes thinking that they are crawling on me, I am crying hysterically right now everyone is asleep and I just want to sleep but I am so paranoid and scares what should I do!!!
