Is my writing any good?

This vernacular poetry is called "Doggeral" and has its own niche. It usually speaks of pain and joy using informal language like Slang or Ebonics. It is something like Rap "poetry". Remember, the point of highest contrast or emotional expression should be the point of maximum interest.
