Should i pick Rivers or Forte? I have 2nd pick?

My keeper player is michael turner, the guy who is picking 1st has Big Ben as his keeper. If he picks Forte should I pick another top RB or pick the next best QB which is Rivers. Its a snake league so I will pick 2nd to last the next round. Thanks for yalls help
