I AM 22 YRS. OLD AND 150 LBS. I AM 5 FT. 2 INCHES THEREFORE MY CURRENT WEIGHT IS UNHEALTHY. I ALSO HAVE A FIVE YR OLD.... I WEIGH NOW ABOUT 8 MORE LBS. THEN WHAT I DID WHEN I WAS 9 MONTHS PREGNANT!!! CAN SOME ONE TELL ME OF AN EXCERCISE REGIMEN OR NETHING THAT WORKS FOR THEM..? SERIOUS PPLE ONLY RESPOND TO THIS QUESTION...
