Should I Throw A Party Or Not?

Its a long way from here but my b-day is on the 23rd of december and i dont kno if i should throw a party or not because its during the winter and most ppl cant come cuz of the coldnesss and second i nvr threw a party since i was lyk 6 so yeah should i or should i not? and wat should i do at my party if i have one?
