What is something funny you (or someone else) said but didnt mean to say?

Well, this isn't very funny I guess but at work the other day, we had a ton of patients so I was running around, and I popped my head in the door to tell the doctor,"Hey, if you want me just grab me." And the doctor walked by behind me. Turns out I just offered myself to a complete stranger.
