United Nations simulation... country and issue?

Ok, so I have a project that involves my cl simulating the UN. We each have to pick a different country and issue, and then propose a resolution for the issue as if we were a delegate for that country. For example, having the country of Japan and resolving nuclear weapons in North Korea. (this is taken) The problem is, I don't know what country would be good to pick, or an issue that goes along with it. Any suggestions? I was thinking of doing Sweden, Belgium, or Greece..any international or other issues relevant to any of these countries?
