What is the healthiest way to eat a bagel? please help!?

okay so for the past month or so i have been eating super healthy and have lost a total of about 10-11 pounds. Tomorrow, my cousins are coming over for lunch and they are brining bagels :/ I know bagels are very high in calories, so i really don't want to eat it, but my mom will make me! and my mom also bought the huge 600 calorie muffins!!! So i already know that i absolutely have to p on the muffins, but since i will be forced to eat a bagel, what is the healthiest way to eat it? (whole wheat bagel) I deffinetly am not going to put er or cream cheese on it because those aren't healthy lol...We will also be swimming, and i no swimming is a good excersise. So i was either going to put some sugar-free jelly on it, or natural peanut er (will fill me for hours), or cut up some tomato and put that and some lettuce on the bagel, or tomato lettuce and cheese...Which way is the healthiest?! I will also be eating a fruit salad my mom is making (strawberries/blueberries)...I will be drinking water, fat free milk, or lowfat chocolate milk also. Thanks so muchh!! I also need some tips on how to avoid delicious foods, because saturday is my block partyy and i really don't want to gain all of the wait back that i gainedd!! Thanks ! i am a 15 year old girl, 5 foot 7 and 129 pounds
