MarkHill straighteners PLEASE help which is the best!!?

hi i bought tony and guy signatiure straighteners and THEY WERE **** in plain english and i took them back and bought MarkHill salon professonal ceramic styler for �97 and the ceramic plate just chipped and it is just not smooth whn straighting and it kind of pulls my hair!! PLEASE help me which do you think is the best h to be under �60 tho beta if it is in sale and HELLPP i feel liek crying out loud!!
