Do pregnancy symptoms come and go? For 10pts?

Every pregnancy is different. My best friend knew I was pregnant the next day. We had to wait for about three weeks to get a positive result and when i went to the Dr. he almost nailed my conception date to the date my friend told me I was pregnant. I was showing signs like sore back, , and I get really moody almost bipolar or multiple personalities crazy when I am pregnant. We now have 3 children and every one had different beginning signs. My first one i couldn't get enough mexican food and with the last it was chinese food. My husband could always tell we were pregnant because I would cook nothing for a month, or six, but my theme food. I also get a kidney infection every time I get pregnant and sinusitis. And I with all three children I didn't have "normal" morning sickness. I could not see,or smell pizza. I'm talking not even driving down the road two blocks away or watching tv. So what I am trying to say is yes for some people signs do show up before you even expect that you might be pregnant. The only really sure way it to go to the dr and do a blood test. A urine test can give a false reading if you have a kidney, bladder,or urinary track infection. Good luck to you.
