Long Distance Relationship and Boyfriend problems?

As the first answer stated, I'd let him go...it's clear he has feelings for his ex, so what I suggest doing is while he's in university don't text him, call him...just act as if the whole break up didn't bother you one bit, If he doesn't seem bothered by it it's clear he's moved on.
