Need help with a chemistry problem finding density?

The m of a graduated cylinder is 233.65g. The m of the same graduated cylinder with 12.3 ml of liquid in it is 32.75 g. When some metal is added, the meniscus of the liquid is pushed up to 31.6 ml abd the cylinder, liquid and metal total 166.45 g. Find the densities of the liquid and the metal. If u could help me that's would be great!
