On my contact lens prescription it says....?

D-2.25, BC 8.60, and DIA 14.20...can someone please explain these numbers to me...and, is this a REALLY bad prescription? I mean, am i practically blind, cuz i feel like I am without my contacts...lol...Thanks!!!
