Why do I feel so unbearably sad for my friend?

It is your friend and filing epathy is being a true friend maby u shuld text your friend and let them know what you are filling and offer them your hand of frindship and let them decid if thay want your support or not at least you would know your friend is ok. This is not a selfish act a selfish act is uming what your friend want and needs :(
