Why isn't Obama calling a no-fly zone in Libya?

First, he lets Americans be brutalized by Somali Pirates. Hes turned his back on Israel clearly. And now he is letting Gadaffi macre his populace? What is going through that thick Kenyan head? Is he pretending to be incompetent? I knew he wasnt experienced but I didnt know he was an idiot, the guy went to Harvard.
