Will a Helblad camera made in 2009 be obsolete in 20 years?

I doubt they will still be making that specific camera twenty years from now. Imagine how cameras will look twenty years from now. They will probably be able to fly too! In short, yes, but i'm sure it'll be replaced by something better, more recent, and possibly more affordable. I would say that most cameras are produced for about three years until they are discontinued. For example, the 30d was released in 2006, but was replaced with the 40d/50d, and is now a discontinued camera. Still great though, love mine.
