If you're arrested for DUI but the license suspension is subsequently eliminated in ct, is insurance affected
A formal hearing was held on the license suspension and my lawyer won, eliminating the license suspension. I've also avoided criminal convictions and the ociated suspension. Will my insurance still be affected?
