Trying to find Biological Father ?

All i know is that he lives in devon and his name David King. I think he lives in the region of barnstaple bideford braunton of somewhere like that. I'm not sure. He has dark brown hair and dark eyes. He is about 33 or 34 i should think. I think he has 3 children and a wife now. Does anyone know him ? Or does anyone have any idea as to how i can find him ? Also know that in the year 2000 he worked for " Atlas Packaging " ? Not sure what this is but i have a newspaper article with him in it, something about Noel edmonds helping them he was the cheif designer of something ! HELP!
